Thank you for visiting and shopping at I'M PROUD OF. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive at you based on the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a backorder item, which normally ships within 1-2 weeks.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you vía email or telephone according to the information you provide to us.
