ORDERING

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please contact us on the chat on our website or Instagram at @improudof.store 

Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified. 

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. 

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can click the ‘size sold out?’ link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out on Instagram at @improudof.store for more updates about releases.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please contact us on our website or write to us on Instagram at @improudof.store as soon as you receive your order. We will contact you back as soon as we can to help you.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by following us on social media. 

How can I check the balance on my gift card? 

If you would like to check the balance on your gift card, contact us on the chat on our website or Instagram at @improudof.store 

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

I'M PROUD OF aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive at you based on the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a backorder item, which normally ships within 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Exclusive collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however, this is rare. We appreciate your patience!

THIS INFORMATION MAY VARY DUE TO THE COVID CRISIS AS OUR WAREHOUSES NEED TO FOLLOW SANITARY GUIDELINES AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.

When will my backordered item ship? 

I'M PROUD OF aims to ship out all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any pre-orders or backorders to ship. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Which countries do you not ship to? 

We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.

Contact us on the chat on our website and we can give you more information. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. 

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All orders shipped in the U.S and Europe are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. It varies depending on the country of origin of the purchase.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in the United States and Europe. 

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please contact us on the chat on our website. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I return an item from my order?

Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. To return an item, please contact us on the chat on our website.

How do I exchange an item from my order?

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. If you have any questions, please contact us on the chat on our website.

 

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

We include any notable call-outs in the ‘Size & Fit’ section of the product pages. If you have any other questions, please contact us on the chat on our website or Instagram at @improudof.store and we will help you find your correct size.  

 

GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?
